General Booking & Payment Information

Payment Guide

1. Payment can be made securely online via third-party Payment Gateways. We do not store any credit card information on our website.
2. If you pay the tour fee with a credit card issued in Korea, an additional 10% tax will be applied.
3. When issuing a tax bill for a company in Korea, an additional 10% tax will be applied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. To receive a full refund, tours must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date and time.
2. Tours canceled within 24 hours of your tour start date/time are 100% non-refundable.

Refund Policy Exceptions

Panmunjom (JSA) Tours

1. To receive a full refund, tours must be canceled before 5 pm, 7 days before your tour date. No refunds will be given after this time.
2. In the event of itinerary or destination changes due to military events or weather conditions, you will visit alternative locations, and no refund will be issued.
